Please bear in mind that there is no sealer on the market that can make natural stone 100% stain proof, especially if you leave the staining agent on it for a prolonged period. The important thing is to act quickly before a substance (for instance, coffee or wine) is absorbed into the stone, as that is when it causes staining. Please DO NOT use cleaners containing abrasive cleansers, ammonia, bleach, acid or even those “homemade remedies” made from lemon, vinegar and the like.
Approximate production and delivery time after payment confirmation is 4 - 12 weeks. Shipping cost can be viewed in the final invoice or Buyer can get in touch with Mateison to receive this information in advance. If you already purchased our products, we will send you an email with all information regarding time, delivery and production status of your ordered products.
Payment can be made by bank transfer after receiving the final invoice and confirmation via email from us. We always hope that our clients will be delighted with our products, but we understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return an item. This must be done within 14 days from the date of delivery, using the same courier or shipping provider that delivered it to you.Please note that we cannot accept a return if a product has been used or personalised in any way.
